New Erbe Owner (Pics!!!)
:)Hey , just letting everyone know that I am a new proud owner of an E revo Brushless Edition. I recently
bought it used for a great price. It also came with many upgrades. I've only ran it a few times but here are some pictures that i got. Moderators sorry if my photos are too big, I tried to resize them, I'm unsure if it did work. Picture credit goes to khanphelan.

3 of the pics are the Proline Trenchers 40 series, the night picture is with proline road rages. Thanks for the comment!

Looks great! The first pic is fantastic. What sort of camera was khanphelan using?
-
Hey, I used a Canon Rebel T3i 1/400s, f/6.3, ISO: 400. It was in the late afternoon and we were bashing on a baseball field and i took the shot, I think it came out great!
Aloha

Ah nice. Which lens were you using?
-
for the top photo and to two others that werent at night, I used the Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II Telephoto lens, and for the night shot I used the canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lense. THe telephoto that I use is honestly the best for its price in my opinion.
Aloha

Do you like the Trencher or Trencher X better? Great pics BTW!
-
Congrats...........
What is some of your set up, #cells, gearing, suspention, etc??
-
very nice score...now u have to admit...that is a bad *** truck...it gives thrills and exhilaration, no other rc truck can match...
-
Quick question if I may, in the pic in the basketball court, what's that attached to the roof, the cylindrical thingy.
Top notch pics by the way
-
I'm going to guess a flash light.. The mount looks like it could be for a GoPro...
-
87 GN thanks (makes sense to me) either that or an RPG attachment :-)

I dont have the Trencher X's, only the Trencher 40 series. The 40 series are good but there a bit heavy and tall so you get a lot of traction roll but other then that they tear up the field! Thanks too

[QUOTE=87 GN;5321533]Congrats...........:thumbup:

I was running 4s, no idea what my gearing was (i know thats bad) i just checked my temps, but i'll check later, and I believe suspension is stock. Thanks!

Haha yeah its just a flashlight not even mounted to the top of the car, its taped with some scotch tape. Bad idea one flip over the flashlight was sparking while rubbing on the ground. Also though that is a gopro mount on the top. thanks for the comment!

any good vid with the GoPro??
Takes time to get to know a new truck...;) all good...:)

i have the same rims with the trenchers  they look good on the trenchers and revo

I have been thinking about Trenchers (on Desperados right?) for my 1/16 E-Revo as well, did you have to adjust gearing? Can you check your gearing out and tell us what it is, please? :)

The Trenchers that fit the desperado rims are the 3.8" and are still far too large for the 1/16.
I run the same Trencher 40 series on my truck. For top speed I've run 22/54 and the motor starts getting pretty toasty I clocked it at 140F on the telemetry sensor and about the same with an infrared non contact in the past.
18/54 is ideal, 20/54 can be done, 22/54 is hard on the power system.

I just got one too! I had a summit but, that's just not for me. I picked this up used off ebay. I got 2 3s lipos coming as well. I can't wait to use this thing.

Does anyone have any experience with the traxxas link? Does the dash work?
