What chassis are you using ?
Thanks , Now that you say that i noticed the dremel marks in some of your pictures.
Grip from your images it looks like you used a custom carbon fiber plate for mounting the max 5 over the stock receiver box location. Was there any necessary modifications needed or just using a...
I recently got a xmaxx from amain and the package was 34.30 lbs according to ups . So i'd think it was the losi.
I also picked up the B and M racing mount. Its well machined. It fits like a glove.
Nice build.. You'll love that esc motor combo especially if you run it sensored. I recently picked up the b-link and it looks like they will be adding the ability to read the data logging capability...
Was going to add this to my post. Noticed my summit bumper leds where dimming in and out. So knowing that i have a bec for my primary servo . My esc was set to 6.0 v while all i had was the traxxas...
They where good. I don't remember where the other set came from that i'm using. The lst2 diff is def the way to go. Have had absolutely no diff issues really since i switched. One cracked case which...
That's a kershaw design's dogbone for the lst2 diff setup . I'm not sure at the moment . It lasted 2 years before failure. I'm using my original setup which is where i shortened the transmission...
Rpm does make them Rpm Axle carriers But out of everything I've broken that's not one of them.
So i did some test runs last night and had a failure of the center front dogbone. These are the results.

As you see the pin from the cvd is embedded into the chassis....
So i'd been having issues with the front cvds popping out while driving. After looking into it i noticed that when I tightened up my pillow balls it would remove the issue of the cvds popping out but...

I wanted really tight diffs as i like to trail run with...
I use a Xpert Wr-6601 which works great. I ran it a little while on 6v and it was fine. I'm now using 8.4v and its a monster. Its throwing my big joe's around no problem.
So I've ordered a New Chassis , Front Bulkhead, A-arms and A set of Rpm Carriers.
I currently have tekno Carriers which work great but they are hitting my rpm a-arms in the front. So i'm going to...

You can see the castle bec 2.0 Using it to power my servo at 8.4v
I'm using the rpm MMX mount...
The lights are just awesome !
So its essentially been two years since I've posted on this thread. I've done a few updates to the truck but over all its still running and works great.. Had very few breakages.
New upgrades are...
Looks good. i'm waiting to see your bulkheads and diffs to see how you set them up. I can't actually remember what shock oil is in mine else I would have posted haha.
I am using the lst2 diffs with the modded traxxas bulkheads. Along with lst2 drive shafts. I've had the diffs in for about 3 years and other than the first diff cracking (removed to much material...
Its been turned into a basher. Just installed a mmp with a 4pole 3800. Runs great.
Still runs great though and trans is in one piece.
That would work. But if you ever want to run dual video cards you should stick with ati video cards as the motherboard you have chosen doesn't support "sli" which is for nvidia but does support...
The power supply will not support that graphics card as it requires a 500w power supply Specs on newegg.
The rest looks ok just verify that the cpu comes with a acceptable cooling unit.

Those look right. It's showing you the voltage for each cell which is a max of 4.2. A fully charged 3s goes to 12.6. The nominal voltage of each cell is 3.7 which is where the voltage of 11.1 comes...
