seems to have a slow point when you turn the shaft. i put the stock gear back into to replace the center diff and spins freely. no resistance. put the center diff back in and same problem. should i...
hey guys, im changing my tranny case over to an aluminum one and when i put it back together it is not smooth when i turn the gears i have put in a center diff also is this why?
You track looks like you had a good time. Where is it? Public or private? Im in coq. by gogo's and wouldnt mind taking my kids and our merv for a few runs.
Look into buying a used one with as many of the hopped up parts your looking for and then add the addition parts you want. Much cheaper to let somebody else take the depreciation on those parts. Most...
T bones skid and bumpers will save you broken parts
I have seen the aluminum chassis but I have never seen anyone with one.
Ive seen a few carbon fibre ones but cant see them being much stronger.
I am kinda surprised that nobody has one seeing how...
I would stay away from the aluminum skids personally if you are going to try to crawl. The aluminum will get hung up on rocks easier than the stock plastic will.
Tbone skid and bumpers
Thanks Jimbo
or go get a new servo horn.
I had the same problem with the wires, just a tad too tight getting those wires past.

Does anyone know if you can buy the body only from traxxas?
I would love to get on and stick it on my merv.

Both are off training mode now on the soccer field...
Mine will wheelie quite a long distance 30m maybe, no wheelie bar just the wing that it slides along on grass though and 2s.
Get the steel or titanium the aluminum suck. You will go through more aluminum than stock they bend to easy.
Keyboard ninja dance is maybe one of the funniest quote's ive read. I appreciate the laugh.
Good idea, well though out. I had kids to do that for me. A servo sure would have been cheaper.
What is the servo on the front fot with the gold arm?
Look it up youll be glad you did in the long run, it will save you time and money from repairing your diff
Excellent I have been pondering to just put the grease i use in my truck. How much do you put in and what did you seal your bulkhead with?
Ive read this a few times now. So how often do you have to pull your diff apart to put new oil in?
Can I put grease inside the diffs instead of synthetic oil thats going to just leak out anyway?
Its OK to cut the wires. I have and everything works as before.
I was told to go with the unleaded solder, sucking in the fumes from the leaded cant be too good for ya.
