    Maybe the roll pin on the input shaft. The gear is pretty tight on the shaft and itís easy to miss the broken pin.
    Until you try and drive the truck and the shaft just spins in the gear.

    Your control arms are the biggest drag in grass and are the same for LCG and hcg.
    Bigger tires and shock positioning will help the clearance. Adjustable mounts will help too.
