Yup, the time has come !!

Just tried that, does the same thing. I took it completely out and set it up on the bench. button seems fine. Fan doesn't even try to come on, just flash of lights and nothing.

Never ran in water. Actually it’s been sitting for a month and just decided to run it. Ran for about two minutes and it shut off.

All of a sudden my 8S XMAXX wont turn on. The ESC tries to turn on, all lights come on and then it shuts off. Press button, immediately shuts off. At first it would do it when i hit throttle, now...

I grabbed the Raven springs, hopefully they help and raise the truck up some.

I have that already, but setting the brakes any Lower than 40% it has no brakes, and higher than 50% and it’s all brakes full stop, can’t ease into it. Very weird.

I spoke to the seller and they are the exact same connector as the Traxxas ID on the Xmaxx and Traxxas lipos. Went ahead and ordered them.

I guess my question is, will the female side of this connector I posted work with the stock male side of the Xmaxx ESC ?

I was looking at SMC batteries but they only show the Traxxas style first gen connector. I am not familiar with different Traxxas connectors. Would these work with my 8s xmaxx ?

What are some good packs that fit this truck in the 6000-7000 size ?

Talked to Traxxas, they think it’s the batteries and offered a discount for new ones once I send these in. Not sure if I want to get these packs again or go for something with more punch.

I’ll run it again today and verify the light. I want to say it was a solid red on the Key symbol. Green was still in as well. The packs had just been freshly charged.

Well, did a reset on my radio and set traxxas link app back to default settings. Truck does a wheelie all day now. Not sure what or how it changed but it’s fixed.
