Try Re-Binding the TX .. That's what is seems like to me.
Took my Aton up last week , still goes good !
Dude , the post is like 9 months old ....
I would fly almost every day back then .. really fast acro mode . Crashs happen ! I'd say the Aton holds up pretty good for the weight . I fly with mostly 2200mah batteries now , light weight and...
Love my Traxxas too !
Any news on the problem ?
Yup , same here
with the Go Pro under it's no problem
300 plus flights on mine , same motors but frame #5 !
Good idea !
You inspired me to get my Aton off the shelf :-) I've had a new 4000mah I.D battery waiting many months as well . Been flying EDF's and just bought a Blade Heli a few weeks ago ....
Fun while it lasted !!
Time to replace the batteries
How'd it turn out ?
Lesson of the day .... Always set your RTH higher than any trees in your flying area
Thinks about it .. No hobby shop would stock/sell traxxas products if the mother ship sells them for less
Sounds normal to me... only film mode has hold
I fly mine inside with no GPS lock , Sport and expert modes only as Film mode really needs a GPS lock to fy correctly .
I've been up more than 18 mins with the 5000mah.. flying easy of course
Yup , that's why i have bought 3 trucks , 2 Atons and 3 Alias copters !
Tri - Copter ! :-)
Try giving it a little bit of throttle just as the blades start to spin .. tends to work for me to get them spinning

It's best to charge just before needing the battery to fly , i charge mine the night before all the time tho and all seems ok
3.8 is a good storage level

If your talking the stock lights ... Very little
The red one is to power the Traxxas gimbal ... the white one , maybe the fpv that never came to be i'd think
I ran a jst connector to them to power my 12v lights...
Here's a pic , arrow pointing at the pads .https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180929/642f7400d7296a4c7731155a79d6e6bc.jpg
