Still will want to run throttle curve
3800 is a pretty fast motor for this rig.
So you will want the power to roll on slower.you can detuned it a bit with punch control.

That is good news.
There are aftermarket foams that can be used that are tunable to the weight of the rig heavier rigs need stiffer foams lighter rigs need softer foams.
Once yours break in a bit...
Make sure your foams are centered and even.
Check to see if the beadlocs are tightened down evenly.
Make sure hub is fully seated on the hex.
If that's not the issue we will continue down the...
I run xt 60 on everything.
I have a couple traxxas packs and a ez peak live 12amp charger I got in a deal.

The rear axle is unique to this truck.
As it needs to have the ring gear on the other side. So save that for sure in case you need parts.

The exo cage will help, but 50 mph slides are hard on any material.

Savox are known to pull some amps.
So it is likely pulling more than can be supplied by the internal bec.
it is not a voltage issue it's a amp issue.A BEC is the simplest way to solve it.

Lvd's are cheap and loud.under 10 bucks and will display the cell voltages in real time plus alarm when they hit the set voltage
