the 3800 loves 4s lol we have run it on 5 and 6s as well for speed and drag racing. we have had it up to 72 mph in 132' on 4s(runs high 60's most of the time) but its been over 80 with it with out...
i have used the spektrum avc and it made a huge difference. While i could get the occasional 2.10's pass with out it i run 2.0's-2.10s every pass now. I am actually just gonna put the 2s back in and...
i have been 2.0's and it runs 2.10's all day long. if you watch my video you can see there is a ton of room for improvement, unfortunately the car doesn't get enough attention when we are out because...
my old rusty now my brothers is pretty much just drag raced in 132' now. every now and then he will open it up to see what she has. Its name is hooptie mainly because it doesn't receive the care it...
although the motor is heavy, probably wont be crazy on 2s though

no the spur screws directly to the diff
HUGE difference in the funny car just started running it in mine this year. Before i got it i would make a few clean passes but this time almost every pass i made it through the beams. quickest being...

got the power lab 6 this year also its sick!!!
there are 2 screws in the back you have to take out. i have heard of a quick release pod that somebody makes but i cant find it anywhere.
sounded like you were getting you neutral and reverse mixed up when you were calibrating it. Did they show you what you were doing wrong?

i have very little steering its a lot better but still tough to handle at the top end if you have to steer it at all. i run Jaco foams and that definitely helped with the traction

we have had good luck with the 3800. It is consistent and quick. I haven't tried the 2400 but as someone posted above, that maybe a good motor as well. I have been using my brothers 3800 on my...
it was definitely tough for us to get it going on the stock tires. we had one decent pass with a light prep of maybe 30' of vht. it went 2.3 something at 63. most of the time we had to take off soft...

a buddy of mine used them on his drag emaxx. Thats the only person i know around here
i would think that even if you modified the motor mount its probably way to long. the stock motor is not that far from the tire, unless you completely customized it like the gas powered one in the...
