Turn your wires around on the motor. They might have been put on backwards by the previous owner or from the factory and report back. That might be your issues.
If you have a faulty differential...
I tighten mine all the way down and have spare gears, lol I know not very smart but it gives me a reason to upgrade buy the time I break some thing lately it seems some one comes out with better...
I used the airtronics MT4S and it worked with the stock esc. I have sense removed the stock esc for a mamba monster 2 though but the airtronics stuff works with traxxas esc's and servos as where the...
I had one blow apart and cracked the rim, called traxxas and they sent me a new set.
I'm using a tactic radio and receiver. Hmm I'll have to see where it's set.
So I have received my new Xmaxx esc recently and didn't have a vehicle to put it in until I bought a kershaw Hpi savage conversion.
So I put it in the savage with the 2200 kv motor and get it all...
I threw that set up in a savage I converted and snapped a driveshaft in half! So it's a killer system what ever it is. Dan from kershaw has always been decent to me as well. It does take a lot of...
Is it this one? I just got this in the mail today...

We need a like button! There would be a lot of liked posts in here lol.
I'm debating on buying a second one but they still aren't in stock any where!
I thought no it's a matter of some one being a "tinkering inclined" person. Which for most of us that is the fun of this hobby. True to take this beast out for a run and stir up dust and dirt or huge...
My rear did the same thing. I pushed it back in and am going to wait until fast eddy or some one comes out with a complete set. Then just replace them all at once.
I just plan on buying a complete front end set up and leaving it in the tool box. I figure I'll have enough emergency back up stuff to last a while.
Yup I tossed a mt-4s and receiver in mine and turned the breaking down and the stearing ranges up to 130% she turns quicker and more to either side now as well.
Yeah I changed out my radio system for the MT-4s and rx. I never had the self righting feature work well for me any way so no loss.
That will for sure burn up the stock esc after a short time. That snow will stop the fan from moving and it will cause the truck esc to over heat. That's probably what helped do mine in any way.

Thats what I did and called tracts and they had me send it in and are sending me a new esc so guess it was something wrong with the esc. I would say yank it and replace it. I just worried about the...
My production number was in the mid 1200's and I sent my esc back, what was your serial number? I'm just curious if it is a certain serial number batch that is having esc problems, like you never...
I run mine from snow and ice and dirt straight to pavement at full bore and haven't torn up the diffs yet but it isn't impossible to assume it can be done. Mine has held up pretty nice as far as the...
No the teeth on the Spurs were taken out in sections lol then they were ground down in thirds what was left lol. It happens.
Well just got off the phone with traxxas support and he (sorry brotha...
The mesh CAN'T be off can it? I mean that was a selling point being pushed by every traxxas rep and video by any professional or hobby shop that had a video on you tube before any one else had their...
Yeah the pinion was lose. The lock tight was there but it was sliding back and forth and it took out half a tooth here and there then whole teeth probably when it slid back into the mesh while under...
So I went to run the truck in the back yard tonight and the slipper was obviously slipping pretty much the whole time.
I don't know why other than maybe I've been running it on asphalt quite a...
