I’m good friends with the owner of wfo. Just contact him for at least the motor mount and esc plate with receiver box. The battery straps and stuff aren’t necessary.
I don’t recommend the 3d printed...

You could use dry wall tape and then spray it with flex seal

There is a 3-D printed cover that you can buy.
I don’t have that cover because I am a speed runner so no off roading
If you do get belt drive I would suggest getting a metal cover made as the belt...

No I’ve never switched. I have 60k front and rear with a hot racing locked center diff.
You could switch them the ring gears are the same the pinions are different though
