Lots of people seems very please with STRCīs chassis. Also I donīt think it is a bad idea converting to the "rally-chassi" for that LCG-feeling. I myself have the slice-chassis from Chuckwork and it...
I have bought one as well, version 2.0 i reckon.
One thing that I dislike a lot with this chassis is that the battery tray is WAY smaller than stock. My ********** 6000 mah 3S battery fits like a...
During this summer I have replaced all "brassbearings" with real ball bearings. I also hade an issue with both u-joints popping so I replaced them with graupener. Much to my disapointment, these did...
That body is SICK pattinen, how come I have not seen you around at RSB.se? Also like the tires. I have instead of drooping the chassi bought an LCG one. Perhaps I will start my own thread here???
Looks really nice mate, soon winter will hit Sweden...have you prepared your ice-tires?
I am planning to do the same concept as you but have perhaps come a little further....'

Props, The octura 447 without a doubt.
Skip trimtabs and ensure that the drivlines are alligned in angle and possible add turnfines
Not a single issue, As menationed above the effect Iīm running. 4900 mah lasts around 30-40 minutes mixed driving and the tempature NEVER gets above 30 degrees Celcius. Neither on ESC, motor or lipo....
Iīm running them on 3S, 5000 mah and 78% output on efficiancy on full throttle and I still can not go all out. But I hope turnfines will assist now on a better level of stability.
Also yesterday I...
I switched my stock 21t motors out and replaced them with Orion Method R2x19t engines and the Octura 447 propps, running them with a Novak XP and stock pinions and spur, it made a ton of diffrence...
Just added turnfines, will now sharpen and balance the props again.
Will look into after testrun if trimtabs are needed to support the speed

I do not fully understand your question, but I recon that you want advice on what set-up or?
I run dual Hobbywing 8.5t hooked up to dual seaking 60A ESC and running those on 3S.
The props are...

An of course...
Sorry about that. Iīm just pointing out, WHY are you trying to fry a system that is working? It seems a bit strange.
And even if Traxxas have had many issues with the old system, I recon it is not...
I have run the jato-rims with anaconda-tires, works really good as well
Having it re-painted, I wanted to take som new and better pictures of it. I have this season put on trimtabs but I recon they were to long since it runs deep and heavy. I have shortened the fines now...
My stock body finally broke after 1― so I decided to do a new one, will try to take some better pictures of it on the chassie...
It might give you a better speed depending on the quality between the two. BUT it will give you longer run-time!
Sound good but I think we are satisfied with the picture and vide0-selection as it is. Villain is not that big so we do keep track of each other, donīt we?
I was running ******* 2S 5200 mah 30C, but I will now run ******* 3S 5000 mah 30C and reduce the effect on my control to get longer runtime
Hi everyone.
Anyone into RC has obvious a startingpoint of their more seroius approach, and mine started at drifting with RC-cars. I always choosed a slightly diffrent drift-body than everyone else...
I havenīt started my own thread but maybe I should. I also do not have a picture on the electronics since I re-painted the hull but the set-up is still the same, however a bit more tidy and also...
The main point of running brushless is not to be trigger happy. I run mine on dual hobbywing system with 4000kv (8.5t) and dual 3S set-up and low punch.
If I where to run full throttle from standing...
Is the gearbox something you have buildt or something that one can buy, because it looks great!
