No it is not a direct fit.
The Bandit body sits very low in the front and hits the extended battery retainer posts in the front.
Danner mentioned that even wit the esc-fan removed, the ESC was...
Awesome !!!! :p~
The aluminium driveshaft should "float" between the hubs, it's designed that way.
According to the website of a dutch HS, it's a 4x4 . <_<
It is programmed that way.
It "forces" you to unplug the lipo when reaching LVC.
Storing the car with the lipo connected to the ESC (even when turned on) could lead to unsafe situations.
Hello,
The Traxxas Ford GT-forum on this site is where you can find more info about the 4 Tec 2.0.
This subforum was created for the original 4-Tec.
It's confusing.
Maybe these threads could...
HPI (Vintage/Retro) and Protorform (VTA) have 31mm tires & wheels (you need specific wheels for these tires).
I often use 26mm wheels in the rear.
They will be more tucked in.
As others have stated, yes.
But be aware of the 2 different chassis used for a Slash. The LCG-chassis would require more additional parts then the HCG-chassis.
The "Xtra wide tires" are the stock rear tires (30mm).
I've read about that before in this thread

Someone mentioned using ST Racing Concepts C-Hubs (with some modifications).
Just curious, what would the benefit be ?
Looks good !!
Funny, last friday I tried fitting an E-Maxx body on my TRX-Defender.
It's the body that I use on my Slash 4x4.
The E-Maxx body is a bit narrow and a few inches too short to fit,...
Awesome, you nailed it again  :p~
I have a set of Slayer Pro shocks (should be the same - maybe different springs).
Like Double_G indicated front and rear shocks are the same lenght.
In comparison to the front GTR's for the...
I have some experience with Louise tires.
They are good, maybe not as good as proline tires, but as you stated they are way cheaper.
I have Louise SC Rocket (on-road profile) for my Slash 4x4. A...
Whow, that's looking good !
I like those narrow bodies.
I have an E-Maxx body on my Slash 4x4.
radio uncontrol has been doing some similar projects ...
My first upgrade was a metal servo horn, to replace the stock plastic one (# 8247X).
My second "upgrade" was modding the stock tires.
Other then that, I can't add much to what Greatscott an...
You could use/make a Y -cable.
@olds97_lss - What gearing where you using ?
I run 2s on my combo's:
- my Stampede 4x4 with Badlands MX28 - 14t/54t stays below 160
- my Slash 4x4 with stock SC-tires - 17t/54: same. I could...
You're right, the combo comes with a 21T 48P pinion (5mm shaft).
Yes
I was in a hurry, using dutch to answer someone from The Netherlands was the easy route.
Thanks for the translation
Ik heb goede ervaringen met JRc.
Hou rekening met de levertermijn die momenteel wat langer is dan vroeger, maar de termijn die ze opgeven is wel correct.
Ze verzenden zeer snel maar het transport...
True, dubble-sided tape is also provided, for the ESC and for the on/off-button.
The 3200KV has a 5mm shaft, what KV-motor are you using ?
That's correct.
There's no standard, but I guess much bumpers (probably not all) are interchangeable.
If the SSD site states that it's compatible, you are certain that you can use them.
There's a plastic plate provided with the ESC, that you can bolt to the ESC first and then to the chassis.
In my Slash 4x4 and my Stampede 4x4 it was a direct drop in. I don't own a Rustler chassis...
