You guys have everything but a nice scale solid axle monster truck. Rear udr axles and a scale body would be a nice unique truck that would start a following like the tmaxx and slash.

I guess I'll call Monday and see it they will ship me some new hopefully softer xrings.

It's the x rings in the shocks. They are harder then previous versions I'm used to and started binding on the shock shaft. AKA STICKTION. I could push the front end down and it wouldn't come back up....

I uprgaded my servo awhile back but the servo saver spring is weak and it flexes allot now. Can I buy just the spring? Pointless for me to have to buy the Traxxas servo to get it.

Gpm makes good axles. Been using them for awhile with no issues

Max6 is a beast. You'll overheat the motor before the esc breaks a sweat

Ran a mamba monster for a few months without issue. Eventually went to the maxx6 but the monster held up and is still in use in another truck

I did the losi mod recently and now I actually use the truck again. Hot racing came out with a diff housing that uses a bigger pinion bearing. For me the pinion bearings failed almost every time...

Issue with all other tires besides the stock 8s tires is the weight. The prolines are crazy heavy.

I'm on 8s now and before that 6s for a year. Never had an issue with a single traxxas connector. I also use them on my overpowered 1/8 th scale stuff and never an issue

I use lipos that arent from traxxas and havent had issues lol. Agree happy they are improving stuff and not leaving it alone like the revo and its weak drivetrain. 8s xmaxx is a solid performer

After killing 2 sets of 6s tires and massive ballooning issues I finally bought the 8s tires. I was worried the prolines would be to heavy.

When i was using the monster x esc it told you horsepower in the datalog. On 6s i believe it was making like 4.3 horse. No idea what 8 would make.

Gotta small scale handy? Real curious of the weight.

I could of sworn i read it was 1 million. I think anything less then 500k and it will basically be front wheel drive.
I run 500k in my high powered1/8 scales and they still balloon. Something...

I was thinking of getting the losi metal housing hot and letting it melt into the bulks. But yeah may be tough

Was allways wondering would happen if we heated a losi case and closed the traxxas bulks around it. Melt mold the plastic? Mines been holding up so never tried it.

Gotta say i was also killing diffs and axles. Happy to say its been holding up great with the power up kit. The center diff is magic. It lets the the other end unload when one end catches traction...

I got my 8s upgrade kit early on and its been loud as heck ever since..... Butttt its held up great and been completely reliable. so BRING ON THE NOISE LOL.

Honestly for the size of this thing i was shocked at how well it handles. They really nailed the suspension setup. You can make this truck do anything you want but you gotta drive it!
