Hi guys,
As i read through some threads people complain about the proline 17mm hexes cracking. How do they crack? and is there a way to fix it? Is it worth upgrading to aluminum or can I just...
I thought the TRX-4 can only take 2s? you might want to check that
Steeeve you can just take the oba system and screw it into any body with your own holes. People do that on X-01's and other slash's
Or you could get smaller piece and put them in between the gaps
Cant you also shorten the attena tube itself? (Not cutting the antenna) and tuck it lower into the body
I was gonna say this. If you have a brushed system, your trx-4 cant take more than 2s. A brushed motor is what comes with all the trx 4's
Yes, you can. If you go to the slash 4x4 forum there are countless threads about this. Or just google slash 4x4 monster slash and a few threads should pop up
Will I still be able to wheelie though?
Also there are three diffs
Plastic one that comes with the ultimate
Hoss diff with plastic housing
Fully built diff with metal housing
If you want it to look like a beach cruiser, what about the JConcepts Truth V2 UTV Body?

So will the center diff allow better handling with more power or not?
I actually got it a few days ago. I figured that the lost clearance will be made up a bit by the 2.8 tires
Hi Guys,
I am looking to buy a hobby wing Max 8 combo with a 2200kv motor
I would like it to handle like a slash, where it can still take corners and not wheelie (not like a stampede)
Would a...
A 2s lipo is the max your system can take

I don't have a rustler, but I have a slash 4x4. I have the Dusty Motors dust cover, and it does a good job of keeping out the dirt. Over time, depending on where you run, you will end up with a layer...
7th and 10th subscriber!
Id assume hes using a lipo checker
Yes, I think you glue it towards the back of the motor, like traxxas does it. I saw someone do it in a thread, cant remember where though :D
Oops wrong place :(
I think you just glue the sensor to the motor in the hottest spot
You can get Tekno's for that price. They also come with new hubs that carry a bigger bearing, so more load capacity (jumps)
Tekno M6 Driveshafts or MIP X-Duties
The teknos are lighter and cheaper
The MIPs are heavier and more durable, but also more expensive
Do you know if it fits squeegie?
