I have a Slash 2WD. The only things I've broken so far are the front bumper and stub carriers (both replaced with RPM). I love it! A lot better than the Latrax SST I had before! I am saving up for a...
I'm thinking about getting a Castle Sidewinder SW4 ESC and a cheapo Amazon motor for my 2WD. I'd recommend doing something similar. Good quality ESC, cheap motor. It's worked for a few people.
I think those figures are for the LW-20MG, not the B5. But thanks anyway!
Yeah, I've heard good things about the Teknos. They also seem to be lighter than the MIPs, so, bonus!
This is sweet! Wonder what he's running in regards to power?
Do you know what the torque/speed figures for that B5 servo are?
But we love your Martini stripes!
Cool, man!
This is an awesome rig Squeegie! Gives me an idea of something I wanna do with the PL Rat Rod body...
Okay, thanks! That's a pretty neat idea, having the winch on its own ESC. Making the back end of the truck modular seems like a really good idea!
Wow...just when we think you're done...you pull something like this! Absolutely amazing.
THese are really nice! Dad of the year, right here!
Yeah, AE kinda dropped the ball with the DR10 body. Losi's drag car body looks sweet, though! (Even though I'm a Ford guy!)
Yeah, $35 is nuts for shipping!
I agree with Squeegie! That truck looks like so much fun! Definitely giving me an idea of what I want to do with mine, once I get some money, of course.
Is that another ESC for your winch? Looks like it!
Both Castle and traxxas systems are 4-pole. The Castle seems to be the better system of the two, but the Velineon has a plug pre-soldered, which is a deal-maker for me.
Wow. I know the heatsink is supposed to help with heat, but it seems a little counter-productive blocking the intake for the fan. Have you had any problems? Wonder how the aluminum holds up to...
What are those tires? They look like Canyon RTs (from the TRX6), but say 1.9 on the sidewall, so...
Sweet rigs, too!
I'd go Solar Flare. Nowhere near being able to afford one, though.
Nice! What's the offset on the rims? Just wondering about any rubbing.
STRC are also supposed to be good.
Looking good! He's gonna be thrilled! I know there there just to test, but the Grunts actually look pretty nice! Are you just going to be using the stock electrics?
My friend has the Street Fighter LPs on his (3S brushless) Rustler, and they seem pretty good. They don't balloon very much, and have good traction on lots of surfaces (provided they are reasonably...
If its a 1/10 touring car body, than the 200mm refers to the width, not the wheelbase.
