No they don’t. The axle shaft for the X0-1 is 6mm, the axle pin in the adaptor is larger and the hole placement is not the same.
I still have them and have used them on my other rig as temporary bodies when I feel like running them.

I decided to get rid of my rear wing and mount a full size spare tire to my rig.
I used a scrap piece of brass metal bar I had in my parts bin and used two monkey wrenches and bent it into shape...
