If u tightened your carriers and its still wobbling, there may be wear in the bearing. I have 23 mm adapters. and in this one wheel it wore my bearings and carrier out. There was excessive wobble....

You wont notice the difference in any speed or anything.. It does lighten and simplify the transmission components to make it stronger and more reliable. The trans gears wont strip on you anymore.
