Endpoints... does it go too much in one direction or in both directions? If it's just in one direction, you try re-centering it and see if it works (nine times out of ten works on the TRX-4 shift...

    Awesome!
Also, I forgot to mention that the SW4 only has a 5volt 2 amp internal BEC, so you might want to consider a UBEC if you have a power-hungry servo.

I've only ever run the 3800kv on 2s, but theoretically speaking, the 2400kv on 3s shouldn't be much slower than the 3800kv on 2s (pretty fast):

    3800kv x 7.4V = 28120 rpm
    2400kv x 11.1V = 26640...

I don't have any experience with the VXL-3s, but I have tried the Castle SW4 (sensorless), and the HW XR8 (sensored). Of the two, my least favorite is probably the XR8, and my favorite is the SW4....

The Bronco (both 2021 and 1979) has the 2-speed and diff lock, like the other "nonSport" versions (Defender, Blazer, G500, etc.). Only the Sport trims do not come with a 2-speed and diff-lock.

The Traxx never really appealed to me, since it only really does well on soft surfaces like mud, snow, or sand. For rocks and hard-packed dirt, I doubt the Traxx would outperform any set of tires. I...

    TRX-4 Bodies

Traxxas released the 2021 Bronco body as well as a bunch of other stuff for the TRX-4, so that made me think what bodies should Traxxas make next? Below a list of bodies that I want to see on the...

It has a 1/8" shaft, but I think Castle might come out with a 5mm shaft version of the 3200kv if it gets enough attention.

The Copperhead is also sensored (takes up to 4s), and the 2400kv motor can only take up to 4s, so the Mamba X is kind of overkill if it can take up to 6s. The Mamba X also does not have Cryo-drive,...
