throw some red thread locker on it. something that small won't take much heat to break it loose.
i found the traxxas one from ebay but didn't want to pay the premium for it. other brands like team associated are like $10 less for the same weight.

i used stainless bearings on mine. they won't stop everything from getting inside the bearing but when they get wet they won't seize up over night.
