Update to the thread.... those 2082x metal gears for the 2080x servo work like a charm in the plain blue 2080 servo, no more clicking and grinding.

I would think a block heater would be for someone who has a lot of cars and goes through a lot of engines, or maybe perhaps has a little hobby shop and gets paid extra to break in a costumer’s new...
Well I got my parts in finally yesterday and got them put on but haven’t drove the truck yet because it was raining pretty good. I like how the spring tension in the servo-saver part is adjustable...
Well like Grizz said, you don’t have to do it all at one time, you just have to go through all of the steps before it’s considered broken in, even if you only like, do two tanks on Saturday and the...
I guess that part’s just up to you then because I really don’t know what the difference is between the Revo 3.3 motor and the OS21TM motor like I’ve got which is supposed to be direct aftermarket...
That’s purely my fault because I messed up and told him that he should only be able to get about 3 to 4 or five tanks of fuel out of a single charge on his battery pack for his receiver and I...
I’m glad you caught that man because I just realized that that’s not completely accurate… LOL. If I make sure my battery is good and charged before running it, I can probably get upwards of maybe six...
You can take a heat gun or even a hair dryer and warm the engine up prior to starting it.

I guess I waited too long to re-edit that last post but what Cody the representative that I originally talked to said that I misunderstood was that the 2082X gear set for the 2080X, hi torque servo...
Deleted because not true.
So, anybody who’s actually attempted to use the metal gears in the 2080x servo in the regular 2080 servo care to comment whether it was successful at all?
I mean after all, even if the only gear...
If I would’ve known number one that there was two different types of shocks I probably wouldn’t of wasted money on the hot racing emulsion shocks that I had bought to go on my Revo 3.3 because at the...
Where did you order yours from? Must’ve been from somebody local because Treal’s website is in China which is still where my gpm parts are coming from.

I think you’ll like it. I’ve sure enjoyed mine. Unless you’ve already got one, I would definitely invest in one of those little infrared laser temp guns so that you can keep track of the temperature...
It sure does. That’s pretty much the only reason why I haven’t added the center DEF to my Revo 3.3 along with the rear brake kit is because in order to do that, you have to do away with your reverse....
I have no idea why that is and I especially have no idea why the closest hobby shop you talked about that you called that thought it was discontinued when all they would have to do is just go on...
Being that I have a Revo 3.3 and have never had the T-max anything, I would say that it all depends on what you’re wanting to do with it because even though I may be wrong, the Revo 3.3 would...
I think they are. I’ve bought a ton of parts for my Revo 3.3 from there including my new OS21 nitro motor and they’re also the same place where I bought my Maxx from.

That’s weird, how can he say that 2 million weight is too much when that’s how the truck comes from the factory?....LOL.

I guess I never really thought about that but if you need a center differential to pretty much work like there is no center differential at all
then what’s the purpose of having it in the first...
RC Planet has them, and they’re a little cheaper than on the Traxxas site.

What did yours come with, the upgraded metal geared servo in the black case or did it come with the regular blue one?

I’m not sure if it’s correct but I try to make sure my shock rod is about half way into the shock when I go to slowly thread the cap on. Just make sure the oil level is almost all the way at the top...
