All it does is beep and say volt error. I’ve triple checked the settings and measured my brand new 3s at 11.8v which I thought charged to 12.6v?

I’d try something from Holmes crawmaster line 13-16t and go down a tooth or 2 on the pinion. The sport motors are like 15$ and the next step up is 50$ but it’s rebuildable. Locking out second gear...

I’d say if the motors are only lasting a week there’s a different problem than the fact that you’re running brushed. No one has asked what battery or pinion/spur combo you’re using. Can you tell us?...
