Found all my axles parts again, hopefully I'm able to get everything to fit this time :).
The drawings were made completely from scratch, that is, measuring all dimensions, angles, again and again. In the end I got the front bulk 90% done, but still needing some adjustments (which I...
Thought I would give an update on this.
Front bulkhead is a 90% fit, but still needs some work. Problem is, I don't remember what exactly needs tweaking. This means I need to print another model...
I've been extremely busy the last few months, so unfortunately, no :(. I would need to order a new prototype but those are also pretty expensive so i'm not sure when I continue working on them....
It also greatly depends on who's driving. My setup with light badland tires, tight slipper and 6S ran for 30-40 full packs on 6S. Front diff is still the stock one, and rear has now been replaced...
Receive 4 more stubaxles for testing from my metal shop:

These should fit...
How do they perform ;)?
Or the HPP brace which I have. Fits very well and snug in combination with the HPP motor mount. Looks great too.
2) I'm not sure, its been a long time since I used the programmer. Pretty much the standard settings with 30-40% punch control and 50% reverse speed I believe.
3) 3.3-3.4V per cel so 9.9V-10.2V...
Nope, if you were subscribed to their mail you should have gotten a mail about it. 6061 t6 casing and extremely hardened diffs. Pretty expensive though. I might be going to test them but I'm not sure...
Just one piece to test fit the parts and just plain steel. It's missing a hole currently but other than that, seems to fit fine. Shouldnt take too long anymore now :).
Need something to use with those hubs ;) ?

Finally took the time to test the 3d printed stub axles with RDracing...
Yep, the famous haribo bears ;)
Germany is famous for their Gummi Bears, and its quite usual for smaller companies to add a little present with each order, so yeah, that probably explains Zhe gummybears. Ordered there like 3 times...
Good to see you're still updating this thread. The stub axles are somewhere near the top of my ever increasing to-do list. Been very busy this winter and didnt even get to use the revo for more than...
The same will happen with other motors if you keep pushing them like this. 96C really is too hot, for any motor. Try to gear down a bit to keep your temps <70C max 80C and it'll last ages. Especially...
Yep I did the same
Yep, made one minor mistake while designing the electronics, so i'll have to order new PCBs, but it's pretty much finished.

Great quality, and fits just perfect. Also looks nice ^^, but can be a...
Haven't had any problems with the sway bars really. The screws that tie the links to the swaybars do get loose sometimes though. Great upgrade, for onroad and bashing.
Nope, you really need Gorillatape for this, Ducttape is strong, but Gorillatape is even stronger.
Yep, and do a slight overlap after the second layer, otherwise you'll create a weak spot where the begin and end of the tape join.
Nope no progress I'm afraid, I'm currently working on some...
Yep their huuugeeee. Don't worry, it'll fit, just takes some time to get the foams right. I didnt cut anything, and the tires fit the wheels fine.
