have you tried changing the arming delay, this sounds like what mine was doing when i first set it up.

are you using a 2.4 radio?try setting mmm arming to 2.5 sec

I too am going lipo with my slash,and looking at chargers have found that if your batt. Is bigger then 2500mah ,and you want to charge in an hour you need a 100 watt charger.if I'm wrong pls step in.

try setting up every thing out of the truck and test it.
If it glitchs wrap one part in tinfoil and recheck.
This has worked for me in the past.
I have 1rx wrapped in foil won't work any other way.
