Thats too bad.. Changing the connector-they wont do anything for you after that. That stinks.. But the only thing i could imagine went wrong was you might have reversed the plug and when you plugged...
Thats pretty serious lol. Keep you on your toes while you drive thats for sure haha.

With it being 4wd itll put a little more strain on the motor just cause of weight or whatever, but i think if you start low geared and regulate temps, youll be just fine. [emoji106]

My 3200 kv does well in my 2wd slash with belted mx28s. Geared 17/90 for now. I'm going to gear up for sure. The motor was only 70°F.
I would think it'll do fine with your setup. But you might...
My hobby wing 3200kv max10 combo on 3s seems faster than the vxl 3s system. With the same gearing.

By the looks of some quick research, its gonna be slow. The inside takes more turns to complete a full revolution of the shaft. So gearing up will be a must. Itll be terribly slow with 17t. But It...
3s will put heat in it anyways. Even from factory. Its just a lot of power for the little motor and heavy weight of the truck.
2s will keep you safe for sure. What do you run on for surfaces?

I could be wrong but i think a 21.5 turn motor is a crawler motor. I think you want something closer to 12 or 15. Somebody will let you know on that.
About the esc, yes you would need a brushless...
The 2wd bars are way too long for how thin they are. They just dont work good. Im happy i never wasted my money on it.
The 4wd kit on the other hand worked for me like magic.

Do you run big tires or a higher powered system? I had this issue with my slash 2wd after i put big tires on it. I had to gear down a little bit. Well a lot actually.

A soft plastic diff case? [emoji15] That seems like an awful idea.. I don't think anybody would benefit from a soft diff case. If anything youd want it near solid so stuff stays in place.

500k might do the same thing. And I would try to clean out the old fluid as best as possible. Cause mixing the 2 different weight fluids almost defeats the purpose.

Be careful with the metal spur gears. I got one from hot racing too. They work how theyre supposed to but if you dont have your mesh set just right, its gonna eat your pinion gears quite often.

Okay thank you. Perfect.

Would it be safe to run 4s with the 3200kv? I feel like its basically like running 3s with the 3500kv. In terms of heat and what not.

I know that i bought rpm castor blocks and steering knuckles, and only used the knuckles because I didn't like how the screws seated in the softer plastic. I've heard they'll bend and hold bent form...
At the very least I'd look into heavy duty drive shafts. I don't own one personally but since they've come out if seen quite a few threads talking about broken hoss axles. Other than that it seems to...
It definitely doesnt hurt to try things like a 25$ sway bar kit. But adjusting what you already have could save you money. But it might not do anything in the end. And you might need the sway bar kit...
I have a 3200kv motor geared 17/90 in my 2wd slash with mx28s. There a 5 inch tire so theyre quite heavy. But thatd be a good place to start. Should be low enough that it wont put a lot of heat in...
Its well worth the money for a good driver kit. I was ruining screw heads all the time. Very very often. Id slice a slit in them with my dremel and use a flathead and replace them everytime.

Oh really? Thats too bad.. I wonder why theyd do that. RPM doesnt sell one do they?

Before you change suspension stuff or any alignment stuff, id go with a heaver fluid in your diff. Maybe 300k or 500k.
If you mess up your alignment it can be hard to get it right again. The...
The only difference with the shaft diameter is the size of the hole on the new pinion gear. You just have to make sure you buy 5mm gears.
I know putting 5mm gears on my 2wd slash i had to move...
That ones for the 4wd trucks and it doesnt work. I tried lol. You need this one.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210104/d3e086d11e3dfc5584eae56437a41b86.jpg
