Hey , I have had similar problems , and what i did was changed my glow plug to a hotter plug !! What is the temperature where your at ! Give me some more details on what is going on with it !!!

CHECK YOUR FUEL LINES , AND ALSO IT MIGHT NEED A NEW GLOW PLUG , JUST MY 0.02 CENTS ...
