thats the only way to run .......
i did the revo /slayer conversion and its crazy .....at first i ran it with the revo tranny and it over revved so i installed the slayer tranny now its a rocket

I have both the integy and the stock with the aluminum wheels the integy is just a great looking wheelie bar I killed the wheel imediatley and had to mod a jato wheelie bar wheel to fit but the stock...

i run 20/40 revo gearing with no problems in my 3.3 jato runs great even pulls wheelies still on command heres a video of my jato running the revo gears

i aggree 100% with you brother .....one good thing is that the car is more stable at higher speeds because they dont ballon but im getting a traction problem even after i hit 2nd
you running revo gears?if so what spur ? and how tight did you get the mesh ? did the clutchbell and spur spin free ? with no resistance ?
thats the way to do it why just play with one when you can have two lol
the suspension is pretty much stock springs set on the soft side i dont like teh springs real stiff car tends to get squirly
maybe its the glue that your using ive glues traxxas tires on traxxas rims and after cleaning them and prepping them ive had no problems unless they ballon due to one tire unloading .....in wich case...
i been playing with the foams they are great as far as control at speed ......only problem ive had is with is traction even after i treat them they are good for one pass then they start getting loose...
