I have had many different brands of R/C vehicles. Traxxas is who I have stayed with :)
I have been using Traxxas connectors since before I had a Traxxas vehicle. Since it has been about fifteen years, why change now.
I am 99.9% sure that you can run a spiral cut and a straight cut gear in the same truck.
Pro-Line Racing body mounts are almost always the first modification I do to all of my trucks.
Wow! This is an oldie but goodie. I guess technically the Traxxas Hoss does have a version of the El Sob special motor system. I also ran the Traxxas Funny Car motor with a Velineon esc. My daughter...
My trucks don't hardly ever get wet. I take them apart to clean and dry them. This thread has given me new ideas on how to dry them :)
You can actually power it from the power lead coming from the Velineon esc for the fan.
To be honest, provided you enter all of the information accurately they are pretty well spot on. They work the same way as the speedometer in your passenger vehicle.
I have also broken a hex or two. MIP customer service took care of it for me :)
I have been running my Ultimate Slash 4x4 trucks on road for years! A wheelie bar is worth the investment. Often times I run it without a body.

If all else fails, give Traxxas support a call. If anyone can figure it out, they can.
I'm sorry that you have to leave. All of the best to you.
He has the On Board Audio edition. It has a toggle switch on the transmitter that allows you to rev the motor and flip the switch and take off at full throttle.
I recommend calling Traxxas support...
Don't do it! I had one once. Had a hard impact and broke almost every part on the truck!!!
LCG chassis is one of the reasons that I only buy the Slash 4x4 Ultimate. It handles amazingly well and is very planted. It is definitely worth your while :)
Replacement axles or upgrade to MIP X-Duty axles are a good bet. Since I have yet to drive my newest Ultimate and my next to newest Ultimate doesn't hardly ever break, I'd recommend spare arms and CV...
Actually, I have been using 500,000 weight for a few years now. It provides the truck with stronger acceleration but still goes around corners nicely.
I love the TQi with Bluetooth transmitter. The TQi withe the red " I " was an awful transmitter! I had bunches of them fail.
That is completely true! All you have to do his hold down the set button and turn the transmitter on. Then push the button and turn the esc on. They will be binded together.
Don't feel bad. Even I have a hard time finding an El Sob special 2.0. If it is my fault, it's too bad I'm not getting 10% of everyone sold.
That's heart breaking! It is hard to find the El Sob special 2.0.
The Ultimate Slash 4x4 has all of the aforementioned parts pre-installed. Rpm arms are too soft. The bend if you let the truck rest on its wheels when not in use. The new arms that come on the...
In one of my Ultimate edition trucks, it is run primarily on 4s. I have often thought of running the stock motor with the Mamba X but have yet to do so. I don't know anything about Hobbywing but the...
I recommend that you stay with the LCG chassis. You can make adjustments and tune it to however you want it. Just takes a little time and patience.
I am with everyone else. SMC lipos are all I have bought for several years. I did a lipo comparison back in the day, about six or so years ago. The SMC lipo used is still going strong!!!
