Traxxas Nitro 4 Tec Pro .15

I have a problem with my 4 Tec it drives and tuned perfectly everything works great but when I press the brakes the brakes sound screechy and at idle when I push brake all the way it will die or almost die this is not the carb opening adjustment
That’s the first thing I checked then I checked Clutch shoes and spring and still all good it’s actually brand new
So the only thing I can think is that the brake hitting flywheel it somehow forcing it to stop. The brake disc is a little bent and wobbles when it moves can anybody give me some quick advice?

Look at the first video starting at 42 seconds and watch the flywheel move away from the engine every time you hit the brakes.

Yea I noticed that, what does that mean I need to do then?
