N4-Tec Gallery

There have been several photo threads recently, and due to a couple requests, I've decided to sticky a dedicated gallery in this forum. Hopefully it will help clean things up a little!
Just a couple things to keep in mind. Please keep photos under 600x600 pixels. Some people have slow connections or small monitors that can't handle larger images. Also, try not to clutter up the thread with non-pic posts.

I did a bit of "custom" trimming on the windshield of my Ram street truck. I gave the normal round airhole a different shape... to give it a little something extra, while still getting enough air-flow. I just cut the shape onto a piece of card stock, and used a gluestick to stick it on the window, then I used a new, sharp hobby knife and trimmed out the shape. To set it off even more, I continued the trucks scheme with the Metallic Gold pinstriping, and lined the new cut-out. I finished it off with some cloth screening... CA glued to the inside of the window, to keep debris out.

Webshots seems to be very inconsistent, the photos worked for a short while then they wouldn't load so I edited out the photo link and just put my album link on here. The lilotec body is what I am running now. The yellow/green body is destroyed due to season and a half of racing it. The purple/white lightning bolt is on my electric tc3.

I know it's been done a million times but... I have this small Cam I picked up for my car. I decided to test it out today. It does pretty good as long as I don't slosh it around...

Sorry they don't have a non exe file for download on their site or I'd post that instead. Also this video cut out a few times when I did a hard turn. I need to mount the Antenna for the camera in a better place. Not to mention the battery that runs the camera. I'll post a better one when I have it.

I just got my 4-tecs Trans Am body finished today and hooked up the lights

The lights also have a small switch that I mounted next to my brake so that when I hit the brake the lights get brighter. like a real car. It was a biAtch but I figured something out. works pretty good though!

I still need to get some 5 spoke chrome rims and dye them to blue chrome to match the real car. Any suggestions on which rims to buy? been looking and I think the HPI 5 spokes will be the closest I can find..

I own a real 1999 30th Anniversary Trans Am and I thought that I'd make a 1/10 scale replica (as most people do with their rc cars)

Love the 4-tec... it flys... eats through tires and gas, but a lot of fun
