my 3 e-maxx's. the blue 3905 is my 7 yr olds, the white one is getting a make over and the 3908 just got here...

here are my 2 e maxx's the 3906 has all my water proof stuff from the 3905 the 3905 is waiting for 700 ho's 2075 servos and new 3.3 tires and wheels.

Here is my EMaxx and Slash. The Slash is all stock other than the body. The EMaxx has Revo tires, 17mm Jammin big bore shocks, 2 2075 Traxxas Digital steering servos and a pair of 5000mAh 7cell batteries. Both are controlled by my Spektrum DX3R.

I am a huge Star Wars fan and Jeep fan. So this is my rendition of a Star Wars tribute Jeep. I did a reverse print of the decals on transparent self adhesive printer film. Stuck them on the clear body on the inside then painted over them. I think it turned out pretty nice. Based on the 3 best films of Star Wars in my opinion. Thanks for checking it out!

Here is a picture of a Tekin RX8 w/ 2000kv 4038 Motor mounted on my Emaxx project truck which started off as an Ebay roller. I took nice close up pictures that show the slipper and single motor mount installed. I've included a link.

The truck has HotBodies Mayhems installed and rolls with an orange hummer bashing body. I'm not sure how much smaller a pinion i'll be able to get so I'm going to start with a 5mm 16 tooth.

I got the truck operational.... and it's pretty amazing so far. I couldn't find a local hobby shop within 40 miles of me that had a 5mm 32 pitch pinion so i ended up stealing one of out my poor summit. You may notice it in some of the other photos after having been pillaged. Now at least I've confirmed you can go as low as 14 tooth with the Emaxx and single motor plate with an Tekin T8 4038 Brushless motor installed with the caveat that it's pressed as close to the transmission as possible to make a decent mesh. The receiver that came with my Spektrum DX3R only had one steering servo output and i didn't have everything needed to make a harness so i put in a stock traxxas AM radio. Since it was also temporary I I borrowed my Son's batteries for the test run... I haven't picked up lipos yet but it was pretty amazing at 16.8v with these and some 4600mah matched packs from my Summit. What i wonder is would 4S lipo be less impressive than 14S NiMH? Anyone ever do a head to head comparison with a large can brushless system? Last note, even after tightening the slipper down quite a bit it still slips alot once the vehicle has been going for a few minutes. These huge wheels and tires (7") I have on them are partly to blame too stressing the drive train. This max has been very stable and stays on its wheels even while turning at WOT with a little finessing. You have to take care not to flip it on it's lid since it happens easily now. I already broke that orange battery on the first full battery pack run. Also after bashing pretty hard for 20+ minutes the batteries were still strong.
