Here's my 1999 T-Maxx - one of the first off the line, still has original engine, original piston and sleeve - haven't run too many tanks through it, but they've been hard ones!
Was in pieces on my basement desk for six years after my daughter was born - just finished completely rebuilding it - stripped it down to the last screw and completely cleaned and reassembled, put on a bunch of aftermarket parts I had saved up. Now just gotta fire it up again! (but not sure if I want to get it dirty)

My newly widened pro.15 maxx. Used RPM and 3.3 parts.

This is my T-MAXX that I took from stock to better-than-stock.
I upgraded to the Revo wheels and Talon tires, Big bore shocks and spring set, covered with socks.
I suffered a broken bulkhead so, the plastic stock bulkhead was replaced with an aluminum one. I also replaced the skid plates and bumpers to the anodized green aluminum. RPM arms all around.
I was disapointed too many times by a dead EZ START battery, so I pulled out the system and went to pull start. New green fuel lines and dual 2075 servos complete under the hood upgrades.
Topped the body with a HPI Jeep Rubicon body in Candy Orange and gave the wheels some orange color to match. There's a trail of green glitter in the paint to make the image of flames on the good and side panels.
Here is my tmaxx after rebuilding it off and on for a year. I bought it from my neighbor for $50 and adding my 2.5, replacing broken or wrong parts and just fixin her up.
