    Disintegrating slipper clutch pads?

I noticed my slipper clutch wasn't grabbing very well at all, and had a closer look. Turned out two of the pads were missing chunks out of them, and the third was completely missing. Anyone else notice this?

There is a chunk missing from one of mine. I think it blew off when I was revving it while holding it in the air. I heard something fly off and hit something.
For such a tough truck somethings are put together rather flimsy.
