THE thread of us OS owners!

    I love this thing.

The only problem is the stock pipe. What are you guys running? I'm liking the Fantom pipe, but the OS one looks good too. What are all you guys running.

Also, is there anyone with a TZ in their MAXX? That's next in my line-up

And lets follow all the engine rules so it doesn't get closed.

I am getting a TM as soon as I get the money for one, so I guess I am almost an OS owner.

I'm using the Traxxas High performance tuned pipe. I never ran my TM with the stock pipe,so I dont really know if there is a performance gain with this pipe.
It does look like I will be replacing my transmission output yokes,The TM is doing a # on them...........everything else is holding up fine.

i am(was) running the traxxas blue pipe as well. worked really well til the engine grenaded itself. should have it back from warranty this week **fingers crossed**. i am thinking of trying another but am unsure. i like those tsais pipes, they look cool but never heard anything about them really.
List of mods WAY too long!

I'm not thinking that well toward the Traxxas pipe. It was made for the .15 pro....

I'm really hoping they will have a Trinity pipe , but I might just go with a REVO pipe.

And I got some new springs for all the air it gets

Yesterday was sweet running my .18 CV-R against some savages in some drag races. Not only did I keep up with them, I even beat some!!!

I read that the Sirio and RD Logic pipes run well with the TMs, but haven't seen that (the guys I know with TMs are in Revos)

a while back someone stated that the OS .18 TZ beat the picco werks .21 by quite a bit, in some sort of race. Don't know if it was a drag race or a track race or anything.

I have a TM on the way, should be here this week.

I already have a Fantom pipe that I ran on the 2.5. Will the Fantom pipe work on the TM?

i just finished break in on a new 21 rg-x. the old one was gettin a bit tired.
The engine is a champ, it revs quite hard for a cheap big block

im not sure if i should get RRP alloy or steel tranny gears, has anyone got em in their truck?

Trying to get my dad to put one into his REVO. The way I look at it, in a REVO, it's cheaper than a TM. I really want him to put in a V-SPEC, WS7, or TOP, but you know....

I'm just getting ready to order a TM....... But I can't decide on a pipe. As it is right now, I think I'm going to order the Revo pipe, is that a good idea??? While ordering this engine, should I order anything else??? What about some extra glow plugs?? Which plugs does this engine like to use?

As for the pipe, I'm still not sure what I'm going to get.

I'm still using the LC3 plug that came with it, seems like it likes thoes.

i have a hpi ribbed pipe on my rg-x, and it comes with a sweet little mount aswell which was a bonus.

The ribbed muffler has a really nice tone to it, gives plenty of power and makes my engine easier to tune compared to the pipe it had before
