I'm shure it could have been worse, but hey half the fun is breaking it and telling your wife"well you know if I had these... it would not have done this"It's all good RPM arms,failsafe,5-cell hump pack, and all the parts on the way. I'll post when she she all back together.

Whoops. That's some carnage. Sorry to hear. Looks like you have some wrenching to do. You'll be back up and running before too long.

My friend drove his NR into a lightpole real hard last weekend. It would have exploded if it wasn't fully RD-ified. He broke the front bulk and an aluminum shock cap and twisted the shafts.

i wrecked mine in a similar way but it was cold you know cold=weak plastic and aluminum.......... i had the same things broken as you it looks almost exactly the same BUT my motor had broken off the mount and was connected to the car by a fuel line and exhaust pipe by that little metal arm going from the end of the pipe to the lower chassis
my rusty got ran over by an suv

Sounds like you had it a little worse than me.Well I went to my Lhs to get most of my parts this weekend and got a failsafe, switch, hump pack, rpm arms, and a case from tower. she's all together and I'm charging the batts right now I'll post pics later. As in the other threads,a failsafe could have prevented this See Ya!

What caused the crash? A failsafe will prevent signal interference, but that's all. If someone else turned on a controller on the same frequency a failsafe will save it. If the batts in the transmitter are low, a failsafe will save it.

If the receiver batts are low, a failsafe will not likely do anything more than power off with the rest of the electronics. If you crashed because you drove it into a parked car for no reason other than an oops... the failsafe won't do anything either.
