    first nitro..

    Hey,
    i might want to get a nitro rustler and i would like to know how you know when your glow plug is finished or done not good anymore?i read up and everything else... thanks

    you can test this by hooking up the blue wire and holding it to the side of the cooling head while trying to start it.

    Or if you get a pull start and use a glow plug warmer it tells you when the plug is bad

    you really dont have to worry about ur glow plug being bad as long as it starts ur plug is working but if u think it aint starting due to a plug then hook it up and put to the head c if it glows

    Yes! It was my first truck and I love it. It's pretty easy to do do-it-yourself stuff to and gain knowledge on nitro r/c repair/tweaking.

    i would reccomend the rusty as your first nitro i got it and it works great the carb for the 2.5 is a little hard to tune though but the only thing i wish is that new parts like shock towers and new upper chassis would come pre-threaded because it is hard (well for me atleast) to thread the screw through the plastic ya know?
    my rusty got ran over by an suv
