This is my Rustler VXL with a GPS Camera mounted to it. I've always found it to be a challenge to show how fast my RC cars go. Normally I would strap a GPS to them or use a radar gun which made the videos longer and the speed results sometimes unbelievable by the viewer. So I kept looking for a better solution to the problem. This is by far the coolest and easiest way! More videos to come with upgraded gearing and 3S LiPo.

Make sure you watch in HD, gauges look the best that way.

Car: Rustler VXL

Battery: 2S LiPo

I initially came here to check out my new Traxxas wheelie bar, but found a cool area to run with dirt ramps so did that before the vid and bent the left rear shock a bit, but still was able to do some wheelies.

No performance upgrades, other than Proline DirtHawg tires on back, using the optional 28 tooth pinion that came with it, and a 2s 7.4v 5000mAh 25c Onyx lipo.
