I've been reading the forums for about a year, but this is my first post on URC. I got into RC cars last year when I bought a 1/10 scale Traxxas Grave Digger. I've since done a lot of upgrades to it (though I'm still brushed) and have enjoyed bashing it. I live near a great store/track - Debbie's RC World - but have not been able to utilize the tracks because I don't have a car that fits the track specs.

I've grown tired of jumping the same little plastic jump every night and decided to build an RC track in my backyard.
I need to finish tilling some of the lanes, remove some trees we had cut down and save for fire wood, and order more dirt to finish all the jumps and berms I have in my plans. The build has slowed because we've been experiencing a lot of rain lately, so I decided to go out and have some fun in the mud with the "Digger"

Stampedes are pretty fun on beaches, especially on firm, damp sand. I haven't taken mine back since I upgraded to brushless and a Hot Racing all-aluminum tranny, though. I didn't seal it up when I installed it. I might have to do that, soon, because I miss beach bashing, and the days are so much longer, now!
