My Flywheel Use To Have Teeth On It But Now Its Smooth As An Egg And I Was Wondering Should I Replace It Or Not. If I Dont Replace It What Will Happen, And If I Do Replace It What Wont Happen

If you still use the easy start, don't worry about it. As long as it doesn't have a big chunk knocked in it, the balance should still be ok. If you ever decide to use a starter box, you will need a new flywheel. The teeth are what grips the rubber wheel on the starter box. Otherwise replacing it won't help performance, it will just cost you money.

Caught between a rock and a hard place

More than likely a rock or another foreign object got lodged between the flywheel while the engine was running. Like terry said unless you use a bumpstart it should'nt affect the workings of you car.
