The car is so fast and light, You are always going to slide no matter what. It didnt take me long to figure that out because i just bought a 4-tec 3.3 and it is just too fast and the vehicle itself is very light so it is very hard to control but you will get used to it in time...Right now i am running stock but I am looking into getting some slicks because I am looking to do some drag racing and drifting.

I use HPI Pirelli tires with HPI hard inserts.
Letting go of the throttle too much in a turn will make it spin out.

the 4tec doesnt need to slide if you get it set up right, try a little camber to the rear tyres, the tyres will wear quicker but its an expensive hobby.

I find the hpi x patterns (Belted) on firm inserts provide good traction in car parks.
    Yay 4 Tec!

Foams wear out quick. The best way to learn how to drive it is to just keep driving. Its very different then driving a T-maxx
