    T-maxx 2.5 brake disk!!!

    Hello i havent started up my t-maxx in about 1 year and my gas is about 1 yr old too but ive always kept in a cool dark place well today i started it up fairly easy so my t-maxx is riding around really good but then when i tried to brake it wouldnt brake it just kept on going i relized my brake disk was bad {The edge of the brake disk was chiping apart like theirs was little pieaces coming out of the sides} so i immediatly turned it but my t-maxx hit a pole and the front i dont know what its called but its the front bumper the part atached to the bulkhead like that x shaped thing was broken i dont know what its called but can anyone tell me and please tell em if this is the correct brake disk for the t-maxx 2.5. http://cgi.ebay.com/traxxas-t-maxx-s...QQcmdZViewItem

    ok but those are for the e-maxx not t-maxx will they still work though?

    You can download the parts lists for the trucks on this website, compare the parts that way.

    gotta to love the 2.5 brake. Have tons of problems with mine

    did u win that auction? If u didnt the carbon fiber disk is so much better. Doubling the pads, adding a spring(instead of tubing, i used a old servo saver spring), and sanding the pads to ruffen em add quite a bit of braking.
    Retired RC'r till funds can be found...:(

    yes i did win that auction well heres my second question what about the the front bumber that attached to the front bumber is shaped like an "X" where do i get this pieace and how much does it cost?

    Yep. The link Speedy gave you in post #2 is what you need. Note sure if they sell them single instead of pairs, though.




    And for the love of Traxxas .... PLEASE USE PUNCTUATION! One major run-on paragraph gets REALLY hard to read & understand.
