Well, I'm just about finished with this nitro killer, started off as a Rustler VXL, well, it still is, but with just about every upgrade I could find except for the chassis. still havent decided on that, aluminum or composite?
Got an easy thousand into it already not counting my MaxAmps gear.

Well I have saved my pennies and have a drag rusty coming in soon....lotsa plastic lol.....so that meant i will finish out the FLM Build with the almighty talked about trans case....should be here anyday ....ill post pics when that project is installed..

For now I made it by a hobby store today and got the Big Bores all the way around.....

also found a set of dual rate shocks ...these were badly needed to the added weight in the rear and i know that more of that is coming with the trans....60weight oil again with the dual rate in rear...and trinity's xtra stiff in the front...anyway here is some pics...sorry for the blabbing

Finally got the stock body to fit with the extended rustler chassis....you can definately tell it is too short but JConcepts has a new Rustler high speed body that is on its way and i think it will fit perfect....ill update the pics when it arrives.....

After a crash that made my brushless Rustler undrivable for a while

, I finally rebuilt and upgraded it some more. I never did post any pictures in the gallery so here they are.

Main Upgrades:
MM ESC
MM 7700 Motor
RPM Front Bumper, A-Arms, and Caster Blocks
T-Bone Racing Rear Bumper
Aluminum Shock Caps
Steel Idler
And many, many replacement parts and gears

Well we got some more parts in....

Associated battery cups, Traxxas Aluminum Turnbuckles...(for looks mainly, may go back to stock vxl buckles)...did some heat shrink on the cvd's to make em bulletproof, new body JConcepts HighSpeed Body for Rustler....bought two colors red and black but got discouraged by my lack of taping skills....so shes red....also last but not least got the FLM Trans Case....with 1 degree toe in.....packed diff with white lithium...ill let ya know how it goes.....she is almost finished I still may go with the aluminum Traxxas Bellcranks.....I am not happy with the FLM Cranks at all....anywho here is some pics

I built this Bandit from scratch last week, with parts I bought on eBay... Has a Titan 12T motor and a XL-5 ESC, but everything else was built with VXL parts... Someday I'll buy a Velineon for it...

I am liking it here better than ever.....had it totally tore down doing the JB Weld in the Differential and took the time to clean and redo the CVD's with loctite....she seems solid....dint know dirty clothes were in the back...lol
