I am in Lake Orion. I just bash my trucks around the house. No time to bash alot because of family schedules and commitments with a 16 yr old and 11 year old twins. My Maxx is still in pieces from Sept of 06. Revo and Jato are together but very lonely.

I hope to run them more this year.

I was blasting down our driveway and a big (4ft x 5ft x 4ft tall) rock jumped out in front of my Maxx. Unfortunately the impact broke the aluminum chassis right at the front bulkhead screw holes. The only thing holding it together was the body and the steering links. I have a 3.3 Maxx chassis but last year I never found the time to put it back together. I hope to have it back up and running this spring.

I'm up in Traverse City. We just got socked with almost 6" of fresh powder, so I took my new 3905 out for it's first run (in the unplowed parking lot at work). I put Pro-Line Mulchers in the front and paddles on the back. The snow definitely slowed it down, and sometimes stopped it, but it was a real blast watching the snow fly. The new E-Maxx definitely SCREAMS. I have stock motors and a couple of homemade 4600 mAh packs from Trinity batteries.

For off road, one of my two lhs had to remove it, because their neighbors were complaining about noise, so now they only have a carpet track. The other, ...I don't think they have a track. I haved an XL-5 rusty, and moving upto a VXL system. Here arepics of the track.I will get them soon, the web page won't load.

    Home Made Track

This is cool, a Forum for Michigan!!

Well here out in the sticks, Midland County, Im building a Track out in my back yard, its about 50 x 100 size track.

I have a Clay base i put down for the Jumps, and Looking to add about 10 yards of sand. My Question is Do i just Level off the Sand around the Track or Should i Tiller it in to the clay a little???

Why i ask is when i Run around the track Hard, I bend the Rear metal Drive shaft. I assume i just get 2 good of traction, Im using Jumbo Swamp Dogs for the Tires, and a .32 BB with the Blower. Yes it was a T-max 3.3, Just not much of the 3.3 left, every time i did a upgrade Somthing else Broke, So I keep Upgrading.

My Ofna Twin Titan with the Dual .32 BB handels Fine, But my Ofna Mutilator with the .32 Twists the Rear Drive shaft the Same as My Modded T-Maxx.

I think i just need sand to Lossen up the Dirt, But not Sure!

    Anyone Have Ideas?
