Everyone is out racing/bashing on this beautiful day! And I was trying to do the same, but I have issues getting her to run!

Anyways, that is NOT a good upgrade. This is!

And you can find it here.

It looks cool, but I would think that with a motor saver air filter you would get more airflow.
Look at it go!!! Oh, never mind, I broke it...

Yes! In the Northeast part of the Sunshine State, it was sunny all day! And even though the sun has gone down, its 79 degrees!

Sounds like you want the bling over effectiveness. The motorsaver is cheaper and better.

I've used 5 different filters over time and in my opinion from best to worst....

    RB 1/8th Buggy Filter
    HPI Savage Filter
    Generic 1/8th buggy filter
    Stock Filter
    Motorsaver

I often wonder why people ask your opnion when they are not going to listen to what you say anyhow.

I actually modded my stock air filter to 'increase' air flow, but was told by my LHS and a few here that I made the filter worthless.

If he is going to mod a more expensive, less effective filter, then go for it. But many of us think its better to just get a filter that is DESIGNED to work better from the beginning.

Of course it's better to get the best one for your motor.
I don't get those other ones they might look pretty, but you are not going to see it any how.
