The E-Revo looks great! That body is very slick! I also like how they positioned the motors to help with the COG. I just wonder why it is not Brushless?

doubt it, it would be at least 250 dollars mroe then the xl model, making people discoraged on the price. this way people can go oh this is only 500 dollars. then when I HAVE the cash I can bump it up to vxl, Idk. I think trx thought it through... NOW if only they will mkae a truggy!!!!! I bet they already have 1 though.

Not me.. While this truck is very cool, it's pretty much the 3905 Emaxx, with a Revo suspension. I don't see much reason to get this one over the Emaxx especially with the endless Emaxx aftermarket parts available right now. Maybe the racer will appreciate the suspension, but the bashers probably won't notice much difference IMHO. We'll have to see when the BL experts get their hands on this thing to compare to the BL 3905's as to if one is much different than the others..

It will handle brushless just fine.. same driveline as the 3905 and we know that can easily take it.. many out there with sick powered setups now. I used the 3905 to make my erevo below; tranny, sealed radio box, long center drive shaft. The basher will easily know the difference and the revo is way more bashable, far less broken parts and takes quite a bit more of a beating than your standard emaxx. This is one slick unit, I say this because I already have an erevo and sold me 3905 due to how much better it was. Never have to worry about breaking shock towers or the diff mounts it's all solid, the a-arms are way more durable and the handling is 2x as nice as the emaxx. Really until you drive one you just don't understand but trust me it's going to be one great truck!! PS 425-450 is my guess for actual price.

Gees Traxxas goes years without new vehicles.... Now in what.. just about 2 months we have the Platinum Revo, new Blast boat, new Slash, new E-Revo, new T-Maxx, and the 3905 not too long ago... must have hired some new engineers or a new CEO ??

Thanks Traxxas but would you PLEASE put out a single BL for the Emaxx already ?!!! Next they are going to have a E-Monster Buggy powered by this :

    Lehner 3080 series
    10,000 watts
    10mm shaft
    $795
    60 volts

    Stumblin,
I understand that some of the Revo parts are better, I was just saying that I'm not regretting having the 3905, wishing that I had the new E-Revo...

Besides my Emaxx has sustained no damage at all, seeing as how it hasn't moved since I got it ! LOL Still trying to figure out what to do about batts and BL with the terrible experience I've had with my EVX2's so far... Come on Castle release that darn MMM already !! or Traxxas I assume you have a BL system in the works, but unfortunately they are too good at keeping a secret! Didn't see the Slash coming, or the E-Revo in plastic chassis and with dual Titans... I figured they would use the stock nitro Revo and release it BL when they made the E-Revo which we all pretty much knew they would make EVENTUALLY... lol

Wow what is that motor for an electric dryer? LOL maybe a motor scooter?

I just can't beleive the blast didn't come stock brushless.. that was a weak release IMO. Not even hyped as "brushless ready" for those interested in a boat with the supervee 27 and others readily available I'm not sure why they wouldn't have gone in that direction. The rest of the releases are very impressive overall.. I wish the emaxx could have used dual motors and 3s 8k lipo's, and that is the only thing that worries me about the erevo battery boxes, they dont look like they are big enough for 8k lipo's.

Awesome that Traxxas made it! I feel like I'm gonna freak out about it! When I saw the picture on the homepage I thought maybe it was a nitro slash then after I clicked it, I saw the E! What an exciting shock it was!

Really, the Emaxx guys wont be bummed, the bashers wont notice one real difference really, and im still not likeing this plastic chassis... aluminum for bashers is a TON better IMO.... But ill stick w/ my 2.5 Tmaxx and E-Rusty for now, thx
