Ok, fine. If you really want to. But I honestly don't think it will work since it uses the twin a arm setup and the shocks like the REVO. The Jato arms won't bolt on to the truck, the bearing carriers or accept the pushrods. At least without a lot of mods, which I know you don't have any problems with!

I just bought a slash. Its still in the box, all I did was put stickers on it. And today I ordered a mamba max and a velineon motor, plus 4 batteries and some miscellaneous other parts. Bummer.

I already own a Revo, maybe there will be a converson kit.

Looks like I might need to sell some of my old RC's Ive got 4 or 5 I dont run.

Plus the slash is a little more neighbor friendly

Wait a minute, is the chassis of the Slayer the same as the 2.5 Revo chassis or the 3.3 Revo chassis?

looks like the wheel base is actually one inch shorter then the 3.3 not sure if its the same as a 2.5 chas though. but I bet its close.

It's not the same chassis as the Revo 2.5 or 3.3 at all.

Yeah I'm betting it's like the Slash - appeared to be a Rustler chassis at first, turned out to be not at all like it.

can you see whats different from the 2.5 chassis other than color?.. if you can please point it out.. everything from the revo bolts right up... only thing i might have to buy is the suspension parts including driveshafts....

the 2.5 revo wheel base was actually 11.8 inches... so the slayer is actually longer.... but longer wheel base does not mean different chassis.. in any case... i'm getting one.... the chassis looks about the same... where shocks are mounted and where the engine is mounted it uses the same header and pipe as the revo so you know the back of the chassis is not any longer than the 2.5 chassis.. the shocks in the front looks to be the exact same spot on the 2.5 chassis, thats how i came to my conclusion, not saying it's right just my observation.. so if anyone can physically see any differences please post...

yah ya got me...i spoke before i started doing my homework....maybe revo arms?...or some 1/8 on-road arms....its gotta be wider though....i hate rollovers....

and i already have waaay too many off-roaders including a savage, an rtx-27 and a dropped (custom shock mounts) stampede soooo i was thinking about converting this one into an on-road drag racer....i mean the gearing is infinate with a lil bit of innovation so the skys the limit....oh and my 3.3 went out today (rear bearing, and carb is getting a bit sloppy) so instead of rebuilding or ERP i think ill just put the slayer 3.3 on the justy and start shopping for an 1/8 scale BB on-road mill for the slayer....ninja shhhh

+1, I never saw it coming until I saw the new forum! If that thing were electric I'd be watching Tower like a hawk to get a pre-order in, but I had a Nitro Revo and I wasn't too fond of it
