Well just finished cutting this piece of carbon..guess where it belong?

    Doh!

sorry man, next time I'll guess in a PM. lol

you had me with the battery vent holes tho. Nice placement for the connectors.

is it hard to connect and disconnect them straped down like that?

    I dont have Traxxas ones...

Helly total weight is 10lbs 2oz, remember I have a 6s lipo setup so that adds a bit of weight..I've done what I could, my goal was not to build the lightest, goal was to build the most cleanest, functional, & advanced e-revo around..I hope I've achieved that..

Hoov, the battery disconnect/connects with no problem, I was going crazy trying to configure the cleanest setup while making it practical, & think I've done that , you should try the trx connectors, never going back to deans again..

Yup, now I can program the MMM hassle free...I got a servo extension wire, cut the female end off and attached to the MMM cable, pretty much made my own y harness..The recepticle is by ernst #LXE965
How does the extension wire (with the male plug) connect to the end of the MMM receiver wire? Did you splice into it somehow or use a y-cable?

Also, I'd be willing to buy one of your MMM mounts...how much would you make one for? I'm in the East Bay.

I think I need to give my iron a workout and re-do some of my wiring....

Yeah I am thinking the same on my wiring as thats super clean and didnt take you long really to get it together..I did similar thing on the hole for servo but used some carbon looking plastic not the real stuff and then laid my PT over the top....and its ALMOST to nice to get dirty...almost well done.

First off, Thank you all for all your kind compliments...
Pete, I spliced into the MMM cable and attached another male end..I wish they made 1 female to 2 male y harness...maybe they do, who knows. if you splice it then can shorten the wires to clean it up.. I live at the peninsula, San Bruno..PM me if you want the plate or meet up.

Ok here some more pics with servo carbon plate installed..

Great job! The truck looks sick as it is so clean and the subtle colors really pop against all the black. Awesome build!

I dont know lol, a RX box on a electric car never looked right to me lol

Id put the RX on the CF servo mount cover. But at the same time you have clean wiring hidden in the box, so idk

    You run it yet?

How bout using some black 'grill' paint on that motor mount/heatsink (the silver one)?

Can get it at any hardware store.

The idea will only cost one ESC mount.
    MMM v1 STILL won't die.

Hey Guys, I'm still settling in my new home so no new updates on my e-revo, but I do have some rather good news..my buddy & I have found a way to save or revive your sudden death(non smoking) MMM. All that is required is a receiver pack( 6v nimh hump/stick).

    Here are the steps..
    make sure switch is off..
    plug in your lipos..
    plug in the receiver pack..
    turn power switch on..
You should here the starting beeps & it should work..

if it does not work then do this..
unplug receiver pack and replug back in

if that does not work then do this..
    turn switch off..
unplug receiver pack and replug back in..
    turn switch on..

we tested on 2 dead MMM with success..
I would like to get some feedback of success...
