some of the esc's need firmware updates, but this sounds like the esc has not been calibrated.

    what controller are you using?

    did you calibrate the esc?

does your castle link work ok?

try this, choose firmware 1.17 to downgrade it and then upgrade it back to 1.19 again, recalibrate as usual, it should fix the problem

did you center your throttle trim?
is the neutral set to 50/50 or 70/30?
do you have fresh batteries in the transmitter?

also the castle link computer software is not what ptt81 is talking about.
he is talking about the firmware on the ESC itself.
you can see it when you plug the ESC in.

also did you extend the antenna when doing calibration?
do you have more than 1 transmitter?
have you checked to see if the crystals are the same?

did you do what ptt81 said?
revert the esc firmware to 1.17 then back up to 1.19?

also, i think you want to use ch2 on the RX

I would start with the 3.10 , yes. (i thought it was 3.11 tho?)

but when you plug the MMM into your computer, it should tell you what firmware is on the ESC. probably 1.19. you should be able to revert it back to 1.17 then back to 1.19.

the good news is you are getting alot of reaction out of the MMM. (steering and fan reaction etc.)This normally means the ESC is fine

the bad news is that you arent able to get the ESC to calibrate with the TX.
this has been caused in the past by two different things. (that i have seen)

    1) the transmitter is not communicating properly with the receiver. I doubt this is the problem if you were using the MM w/o issue

    2) the motor is not connecting properly to the ESC. This is normally caused by a bad solder joint somewhere. Did you have any issues when you soldered the 6.5 bullets? did all of yor connections seem solid?

    what motor are you using?
