    Side by side compair pic(Summit-E-revo)

Just thought some of you would like to see it .

And here is one with the shell off. Those body posts are pretty tall.

Anyone who gets a summit first needs to put one of these sets of tires on it !

Near as I can tell, the only actual difference for ride height is that the Summit uses the Long Travel rockers and springs, and of course bigger wheels.

They are the same chassis. The Summit does have some funky features that the E-Revo lacks though like the High/Low gear and the remote locking diffs.

and 4-channel radio to go with those new features.
From looking at it, I like it. It would have been a bit silly starting from scratch when they have such a good platform to base it on.. the main thing is, if it's good at performing the task it's supposed to perform, then it's a success. There's some cool new tech in that truck, and it's clever to put LEDs on a climber, because when you're going slow they'll provide enough light to use effectively. Not so good on a fast truck, IMO.
I'm really interested in how well that body holds up after a good bash. It sure looks good

So what exactly does the Summit have in common with the LST2? They are both monster trucks and thats about the only thing.

good work pasting them next to each other. The proportions are correct, which truly depicts just how much more monstrous that height is.

    Killer.

    Against the E-Revo

This E-Revo sits pretty low though, so its not fair really:

The Summit is not sitting at it's normal ride height. Look at the angle of those push rods.

It only looks bigger than the revo because of the tires and the cranked up suspension due to the long travel rockers . Put the same LT rockers and tires on the revo and you'll see.

Sure, I think that's obvious... But its not that which makes this so special.
The body being all jacked up is also misleading. But bottom line is that it does look bigger because of all those things. And in this case all of it makes sense and works to make the truck more a purpose built machine (with exception of the tall body mounts which really don't matter how high they sit IMO.

the Summit IS bigger. Zinno said that it the chassis is 19 mm longer i believe. The A-Arms are bigger too because it is still wider with it being jacked up that much too.

The 19mm additional length comes from the offset rear A-arms that have the second hall for your pivot balls. That's all.
The A-arms are no different than the normal Revo Series from what I understand.
