    Piston and sleeve

I ordered a piston and sleeve from ebay, and it finally showed up today. When i put it in the engine the first thing that got my attention was that the sleeve was way to small. I didn't know if i was missing something. I looked at the exploded view and didn't see a secondary sleeve. think i might have been sent the wrong piston and sleeve. Can anyone tell me if i have missed something?

Edit: How does it compare to the one you took out

If you have a 3.3 they might have sent you a piston and sleeve for the 2.5 which would be smaller.

If you have the 2.5 then I would be stumped.

Was there a part # on the parts bag or packing list? If so cross reference it to the exploded views.

If the sleeve does not fit the block you have the wrong piston and sleeve set.
it should slide in the block nice and snug with no play at all.
    No slipper/tall gearing/power = broken parts.

Send it back if they will take it and get the proper one rather than going down to a 2.5 (assuming you must have a 3.3)

Always go to the LHS with part numbers. Do research first and you'll never get sold something you dont need or cant use.
