he had to solder on the bullets that go from the mmm to the motor. and probably some other stuff. the battery leads off the mmm to the batteries. you just need to know how to solder. it took me some time/ practice to learn. it just a skill you need

Practice makes perfect. You can google "How to Solder" and you'll come up with videos and tutorials which are very helpful. I had been soldering over 25 years so I have a lot of experience to say the least .

I soldered the male bullets to the motor leads and the female connectors on the wires.

Don't underestimate the value of flux. It makes it much easier to get a solid neat connection, especially for a beginner.

The TeknoRC conversion kit elektri-clutch uses a 2-shoe clutch system. I don't want to run this 2-shoe clutch with a 1515 1Y. Instead, I took out the stock clutch and installed my UE 4-shoe clutch from my supermaxx (retired from bashing and racing duties).

    That's only a difference of .02mm.

    yes.

    BTW
when you quote someone, you can delete part of their message (like pictures) to help save room on the thread. This helps ppl to not see the same pics twice or need to scroll down so much. Just a friendly FYI.

Its all good. It took me some time to figure it out.

What I did to learn was click on the quote button and mess around with deleting the words in between the codes. When I thought I had it right, I would click on the "preview post" button to see what it would look like before posting.

I actually learned alot about the codes that way.

I'm doing the same with my revo 3.3. I want to convert it to electric. I got the tekno Mount and a mamba monster 2200kv. I still need the lipos. But I need to know what did u have to do to keep the original Brakes and reverse... because I want to keep the rest the same just replace the nitro engine.
